Agilopolis Community Conference is an half day non-profit conference, meant for anyone with some degree of experience with an agile way of working and thinking.
Designed for agile practitioners to meet in self-organizing groups where they can share their ideas, challenges, hopes, wishes, experiences and experiments. We follow Open Space Technology conference approach in order to increase collaboration and allow the conference to take its direction from the participants themselves. It's the only conference where you co-create the conference while it happens.

Ultimate goal of the game is to achieve highest revenue measured in business value, which introduces competition between teams. During the game, participants have rare possibility to exchange experience and feel the agile from different perspectives and responsibilities: development team and customer.

=>Product Owner Game
If you find already experienced with Scrum Roles, this Product Owner Game Workshop is the place to be. Product owner workshop allows to feel and to manage the importance of business value and prioritization based on sample project. Work is done in small teams with dedicated trainers which allow discussion of elements that can be immediately reused in real life projects. Scope and content of iterations focuses on product owner tasks and responsibilities:

3. Case study
4. Retrospection
