Agilopolis Community Day 9
Agilopolis is proud to invite you for Agilopolis Community Day 9. We are really sorry for mistake in ACD9 early announced - stated date was a Saturday.
ACD8 - Scrum Master versus Agile Team part 2, that took place on Thursday 04.03.2010 brought about 40 people to NSN premises at Silver Forum, where the main speaker was again Kristjan Deberni. As usually with Kristjan, workshop shortly turned into discussion but we were able to go through whole presentation (being only 1-1,5h delayed).
Meeting agenda:
Why developers produce legacy code in Scrum projects and what to do about it?
Discussion will be focused on what developers could do to improve their skills and why what we are currently doing might be not enough.
Grzegorz and Łukasz will outline techniques and their potential benefits and then discussion on actual implementation of those will follow. All participants are invited to take part in discussion.
Developers will find this topic interesting because it directly concerns improving their craft. Managers will learn how they can benefit by helping their employees and what they can do to help.
