To be a skilled and well equipped agile developer and/or agile leader is not so easy. You have to be familiar with different agile disciplines regarding technical and managerial parts of this approach. You also need to understand the business domain in order to ask the right questions and deliver the functionality that will give the customer highest business value.

Agilopolis Community Day is a cyclic event that is held by Agilopolis Community in order to build community and share knowledge regarding agile implementation and best practices. We will focus ourselves on different parts of agile e.g. planning, development (CI, TTD etc.) and other hot topics.

Agilopolis Community Conference is a recurring event where you have possibility to mingle with experts, listen to lectures provided by experienced managers, participate in discussion. Incoming event will provide you with aspects of introducing agile into non-agile environment and show you real-life example.
