I prefer the 40'' LCD cameras and skype on both side to make the transmitions online ;)
I think it is better than direct transmition to the computers. - More difficult to cut off.
Limitaiton is on cost and size of the team side.

Online tools for backlog may will in my opinion not replace the direct communication and joined work.
