MAIN OBJECTIVES OF TRAINING:
Agile become essential part of software development and project management practices and is increasingly used today as businesses and industries recognize the value of the approach. The PMI-ACP® is a world known and well respected certificate through Agile community. It does demonstrate the competence in carrying out project management and using Agile best practices.
The training gives multiple opportunities to learn how best to implement Agile practices appropriate for your teams, through an engaging blend of discussion, group interaction, case studies and real-life cases. It also prepares candidates to PMI-ACP® examination. Candidates who have successfully obtained this certification can meet the needs of organizations by applying a diversity of methods to project management.
The training will be walking the participants through knowledge combined with practical cases and real question test to prepare for the rigorous PMP-ACP exam
IMPORTANT COURSE INFORMATION
Requirements:
2,000 hours of general project experience in the last five years
1,500 hours of Agile project experience in the last three years
